It’s completely up to you — the homeowner!

You may choose to schedule your window cleaning service before hosting friends at your home, or when you’ll be doing spring cleaning. Most of our customers choose to have their windows cleaned on a monthly, quarterly, or bi-annual basis.

Our busiest customers like our new Residential Window Cleaning Subscription so they don’t have to remember to call and schedule every window cleaning — we automatically keep their windows clean all year so they don’t even have to remember to put it on the to-do list (along with a ton of other perks).

This depends on the amount of traffic that goes in and out, as well as your location. Most restaurants choose to have their windows to have their windows cleaned weekly because they have many visitors (and fingerprints!).

Once you receive your FREE QUOTE we can help you decide the frequency of service that you will need.
Please note that standard service from our company is a minimum of once-a-month service.

While we will work in a light rain, or top priority is our customer’s satisfaction. On a rainy or very cold day, we can clean the inside and come back later to complete the outside.

Remember: rain on a dirty window will leave streaks, but should stay sparkling clean on a clean window!

We offer plenty of options: cash, check, or credit card. You will receive a receipt at the time of service. You can then choose to pay at the time, or we can email you an invoice to paid by check via mail or credit card.

You do not need to be home while your windows are being cleaned, but we ask that you let us know ahead of time if you plan to be out.
